A gypsy at heart, currently living in Germany after 18 years in Africa. Mum of a beautiful daughter. Sharing daily life with her and a little dog with huge ears. 

A professional coach, a healing facilitator, a workshop leader, a yoga teacher, a photographer and book author. Obsessed with how we create our reality, and a life-long student of Bashar and Abraham Hicks.

I love animals, books, chocolate, the desert, my daughter, the smell of the earth after the rain, red wine, yoga, creating, photography, taking a bath, the time just after sunset, living next to water, very early mornings, doing the dishes, my family, the sea, inspiring people to be happy, and much much more.

And I love beauty. 

Especially beauty found in the ordinary, in everyday moments, in little things.

'Tales of love and chocolate' is my creative outlet.

Here I write about making things, about appreciation, about loving life even when it is sometimes tough.
