DIY Summer dress from yoga pants

Here is my contribution, a skirt/dress made from yoga pants:

    Such a cool idea! And you look great - as always. I have 1 or 2 pants which do not fit properly and this would be a great idea to recycle them. I just do not have a sowing machine. love and happiness from Berlin my dear friend!

    Hallo Jutta,
    es schaut so einfach aus, wie Du es zeigst. Ich sollte das mal ausprobieren. Eine Zickzackschere hab ich, eine Yogahose nicht. Aber irgendeine alte Hose wird sich schon finden.

    Although regular practice of Yoga has been linked to reduced blood pressure, it would be too early to say that you can go without medication after starting it. Fasting blood sugar in people without diabetes is usually below 120.Luviyoga
