Knitted lamp

Hello dear friends.

After yesterdays' wonderful rain, it is again very hot.

I am playing make belief and am knitting. The plan was actually to knit a hat, but then I thought about it a bit.
It will be at least 6 months before I am able to wear it. And by then, maybe I have grown horns after all and it won't fit.

No I won't, bad joke.

Although, can you imagine it? Growing horns, running off into the forest, becoming part of the trees, the shadows,
and the softest spring grass?

Anyway, I knitted a sweater (dress? coat?) for an electrical cord instead.

Head over to Inspiration Cafe for more pics and the tutorial.

Enjoy the cold (if you are cold) and send a snow ball my way.

Lots of love,

  2. Just saw your sweet lamp at IC and I popped over to follow through GFC. There is such beauty in its simplicity. I'm not a knitter, but I love it.

  10. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
