The wind is blowing hundreds of leaves onto my freshly swept stoep and sucks the moisture out of everything.
So I closed my front door (a rare occasion), ignored the dogs that want a walk, the chickens that want to come in,
and the veggies that need water, and started playing with my new sewing machine.
Now I am feeling much better and might even brave the outdoors again.
